Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

We charge a single flat fee of $10.00 for each shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form before you submit your order.

When to Expect Your Order

On the day you place your order, we consider two factors in calculating the estimated delivery date range:

  • Product Availability: The length of time it takes to produce your item for shipping. Generally, the item you selected should be ready for shipment within one (1) to two (2) business days.
  • Shipping Speed: The Standard Shipping method usually takes three (3) to four (4) business days. Under the special instructions on the order form, you can request expedited shipping, for an additional charge.

Based on Product Availability and Shipping Speed, your item should arrive within five (5) to eight (8) business days from the day you place your order and the estimated delivery date.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use a variety of carriers for each shipment and we will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P. O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.

Returns Policy

General Returns Policy

You may return new items sold and fulfilled by Etched In Stone, LLC. within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

How to Return

To process your return, simply return the product in the original product packaging to Etched In Stone, LLC., P. O. Box 6286, Fair Haven, New Jersey 07704. To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your original order number.

Receiving the Refund

We will request a refund after we receive and process your return. Expect your refund within two (2) weeks after the receipt of the returned item. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and process the returned item. If the refund is not received within three (3) weeks of shipping the item back to us, please contact us at (732) 933-9063. NOTE: If the returned item was paid by credit card, your refund will be processed as a credit to your credit card account.
